YAY for plants. And good ones too :) strawberry pot good idea... Some I hope to acquire soon, but I also has so many under my care right now that I just don't know where they'd go...
Might be able to give you basil if it takes off ok. They're growing really slow...
I might just have to make a pilgrimeage to the dump to see this graffiti....;)

Oooo...basil! I wanted to get basil, but what they had looked really sad.
I like strawberry pots. :) Everything seems to have taken to being transplanted well.
I need to transplant that extra pot of Thyme. It is very root bound. I just have to go downstairs and dig out a pot. *is lazy*
Where did you get the pot and plants, out of curiosity? :)

Sadly enough, Home Depot. We stopped by there on the way home from Auburn.
I really like that pot. Would love to have one to put my plants in.

I like it a lot too. It wasn't that expensive either.
Your welcome to some :) Might even be able to offer you a cherry tomato or two. Those are doing much better then my basil Basil has had it's first true leaves for like 3 weeks now and hasn't gone much from there, even the ones I repoted. Seeing what some time outside does for them...Most of what I started outside looks better then what I started inside...go figure ;)

I was having the same problem with a spider plant. I had to let Katie and Rachel babysit it to make it grow.
Also, if you're looking to trade plants you should check out Misty Meadows Yahoo Group. People have been discussing trades on there.
I'd be interested in the Basil and the cherry tomatos. When my plants get settled in and take off, I'll have stuff for you. Especially the mint, because we all know what mint is like. :)
Well I should have mint in spades I hope. I have some stragglers from what I started indos in march. If they make it they make it, if they don't they don't. But I have high hopes for the ones started outside....they'll just be a few months. I did get a couple pots of apple mint at tuttles, plus chamomile...
I'm a plat-o-holic this year ;)

Excellent! :) I want to be, but I'm trying to reign myself in a bit. I don't have the space or good lighting in the apartment. Next year, I should be able to set up an actual garden. So I'm trying to restrain myself until then.
Kurt and I are planning on goint to the Early Summer Plant Walk at Misty Meadows on Sunday (10:30am, $15). The weather looks like it'll be favorable.
Well all my stuff outside are in containters ;) would like to go in ground but don't have the equipment to get that ground ready.
oh yea, I'd heard of that walk. Wish I knew my schedual for next week. damn work...
